Bio:

Chris Harms is a self-taught, multi-media artist based in Toronto. His work has gone to collectors in Canada and the U.S., created installations in and around Toronto, and was awarded first place in the 2020 Overzealous Fine Art Exhibition. 

Artist Statement:

I create cosmic images with stained glass, vitreous paints, and dalle de verre. From intimate, otherworldly landscapes layered in kiln fired glass, to bold slabs of cathedral glass capturing distant visitors, I aim to explore our place in the universe. My work constantly strives to imbue wonder, humour and curiosity.
